The extension does not maintain any record of which sites you visit or which popups it blocks. Each page load is independent—when you close a tab, all related extension activity is discarded.

4. Permissions Explained

The extension requests the following permissions:

activeTab

Allows the extension to interact with the current tab. Required to modify page content and hide popups. Cannot access other tabs or browsing history.

scripting

Allows injection of content scripts that detect and remove anti-adblock popups. This is the core functionality of the extension.

host_permissions: <all_urls>

Allows the extension to run on all websites. Necessary because anti-adblock popups can appear on any site. The extension automatically excludes certain sites where operation is unnecessary.

5. Third-Party Services

Anti-Adblock Popup Blocker does not integrate with, connect to, or communicate with any third-party services. The extension does not use analytics services, does not include advertising, does not connect to external servers, and does not include third-party SDKs.

6. Data Storage

The extension does not store any data—locally or remotely. There are no local storage entries, no IndexedDB databases, no cookies, no sync storage, no cache entries, and no external database connections. The extension operates entirely in memory during page loads.

7. Data Security

Since we don't collect any data, there is no data that could be breached, leaked, or misused. Your browsing activity with this extension remains completely private—even we have no way to know which sites you visit or which popups are blocked.

8. Children's Privacy

This extension is safe for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any information from any user, we do not collect information from children. The extension complies with COPPA and similar regulations worldwide.
